Preface

Converting Excel and Word Files

Copying Tables from Excel to Word

  • Select the table content to be converted in the Excel file -> Copy

  • In Word, open “Selective Pasting” by pressing Ctrl+Shift+V-> Select Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object-> OK

Converting Word Files with Tables to Excel Files

  • In the Word file, press F12 to save as Single File Web Page

  • Open the Excel file and drag the .mht file onto the table
