前言

重新使用SetupProd_OffScrub卸载Office时报错：Sorry, we can't run the Support and Recovery Assistant because it is already installed from a location on your network. Start the Support and Recovery Assistant from the shortcut on your desktop or Start menu.

原因

  • 首次使用后，SetupProd_OffScrub会向系统安装Support and Recovery Assistant软件，所以不需要使用这个程序重新安装，但是手动卸载了Support and Recovery Assistant，导致SetupProd_OffScrub无法找到Support and Recovery Assistant

解决问题

  • 删除注册表中Support and Recovery Assistant的相关键值，然后重新启动SetupProd_OffScrub重新安装Support and Recovery Assistant
